Ten RoofClamp RCT universal clamps that turn a standing seam into a mounting point — for snow rails, conduit, solar, satellite dishes, walkway and HVAC hardware — without a hole in the roof. The one-piece 6061-T6 aluminum body sets over the seam, three stainless cupped-tip set screws lock it on at just 90 in-lb, and a preinstalled 3/8 in stainless top bolt is ready for whatever you're mounting. Fits over 95% of standing seam panels, including most T-seam and bulb-seam profiles.

Because the hold is clamp pressure on the seam — not fasteners through the panel — the roof's weathertightness survives every install and the clamp moves with the panel's thermal expansion instead of fighting it. The coarse-thread set screws can be backed off and re-torqued, so the RCT comes off and goes back on when the job changes.
