The SnoBar is the workhorse of Canadian bar-style snow retention: a continuous galvanized rail in 1.8 m (6 ft) sections, clamped to your standing seam with stainless hardware that never pierces the panel. One run holds the entire snowfield above it — no avalanche over the eaves, no torn gutters, no buried walkway.

Bar-style hold, explained

Pad-style guards pin the snowpack at points; a rail holds it as a wall. When the field consolidates and starts to creep, the bar takes the load across the full width of the roof face and transfers it through the clamps into the seams. That's why rails are the spec for long rafter runs, steep pitches and snowbelt towns.

Clamp-on means zero holes

Each stainless clamp bites the seam with nylon-tipped set screws — gripping without piercing or marring the metal — so your panel's finish and weathertightness warranties stay intact. Sixteen clamp options cover roughly 95% of Canadian standing seam profiles; bulb and T-seams take the RCB-3 kit instead.
