- 100-guard minimum per colour. Priced per guard — order any quantity of 100 or more. Orders under 100 cannot be run and will be held until topped up or refunded.

How to install powder-coated SnowCatchers on a metal roof
- Install like any pad-style SnowCatcher: quarter-inch screws on the flat of the panel into a purlin or support below the sheet.
- Place on the lowest portion of the panel, in front of the snow.
- Stagger across the roof per the SnowCatcher metal spacing guidelines.
- Colour-matched guards can cast shadows and weather differently than the roof over time.

Why is there a 100-guard minimum?
Powder coating is run as a batch per colour, so 100 guards is the smallest run we coat. Above 100 you can order any quantity — set the cart to the exact number your layout calls for. Orders placed for fewer than 100 will be held and we will contact you to top up or refund.
What is the lead time on a coated order?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on stock of the base guards and the coater's schedule. Call 437-475-2066 before you order so the date fits your install.
Which SnowCatcher shapes can be colour-matched?
